These kits improve acceleration by 2 to 3 tenths in 1,000 feet with no loss, to 1 mph gain, in top speed.

Stage I Clutch Kits

Stock Tire Clutch Kit:
These kits are high performance trail kits that improve throttle response and increase back-shifting. The components provided in the kit supply the most aggressive up-shift and acceleration possible. This kit also allows improved belt squeeze to reduce belt slippage and excessive clutch heat.

Big Wheel Kits:
Deep mud and big tires, grab the throttle and hang on! These kits are designed for maximum bottom-end and mid-range pull. Each kit includes a set of custom weights and springs to prevent belt slippage and improve the acceleration of your ATV. These kits were designed for ATVs using 27" or 28" aggressive tread tires.

Stage II Clutch Kits

This kit is a significant performance upgrade that utilizes the TEAM TAS-03 secondary clutch. Kits comes with calibrated TAS-03 TEAM clutch, a set of weights, and primary spring.

The TAS-3 clutch features are --Less belt smeaing--Less vibration--Tunable helix angles and springs--Superior engine braking--Extended brake life and control and --Reduced noise.

If your steering is loose, this is the product for you. This lower steering post bearing is made of 6061T6 aluminum, has a 660 high impact cast bronze bearing with grease grooves, and is held in place with 1/4 inch allen bolts with nylock nuts. Fits all models with 7/8" steering post.
