24% more flow

+1 stainless intake valves and porting increases air flow to 180 CFM, greatly increasing horsepower on piped,and carbureted 500cc or bigger predators. Exhaust is 1mm oversize and flows 80% of intake. Good for a wide powerband.

Recommended: 42mm to 45mm Carb.

Lite Weight Big Bore Piston

This big bore piston has an improved dome shape with 12.5:1 compression. Designed to be used with stock engines, but has valve relief for higher lift and longer duration cam.
Big bore piston assembly is 26.6 grams lighter.

NOTE: Cylinder must be sleeved. (See below). Premium fuel required.

NOTE: Now would be a good time to install valve springs. You'll save the cost of another set of gaskets.
