HPD's version of the
STAGE II clutch upgrade

Get rid of the chatter with this easily adjustable kit.
Built from the newest #930952 TAS-03X rubber dampened base clutch, with HPD's exclusive adjustable belt freeplay.
Tuned by Master Tuner Darrell Olson. Most of the setups use our own design helix and spring combination, "not just off the shelf parts."

These kits are a significant upgrade compared to the stock factory setup.These kits come with the HPD version TEAM clutch, a set of balanced weights, and primary spring.

We have found, what we believe are the best Adjustable Weights available. We are stocking 4 versions of these weight kits. Designed to get the power to the ground. They have a very aggressive curve for a faster up shift, and are adjustable in three areas, Low, Mid and Top End. The Low End is adjustable without removing the weight from the clutch.

This kit fixes the broken secondary clutch button problem!
Kit contains 3 aluminum button holder, 3 buttons, mounting hardware and instructions. We used this kit on our racing ATVs (Before the TEAM clutch) with excellent results. We've sold at least 1,000 of these kits. They're reliable!
