orders:
For faster services please have part numbers available.
Orders may be placed on the internet at www.hpd-inc.com, faxed
in 24/7, or phoned in Monday - Thursday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm central
time.
Please include complete
phone number, name and shipping address. Tech Calls or orders
requiring technical assistance should be placed from 3:30 to
5:30 pm Monday - Thursday. All orders
must be placed by an adult 18 or older.
Back Orders:
Back orders are automatically shipped
when available. On orders over 30 days old, we will call to confirm
before shipping.
Payment:
Customer pays for shipping. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards
or prepayment with money orders, cashiers checks, or wire transfer.
NO Personal Checks. Approved dealers/company checks accepted.
All orders outside the United States shipped with credit card
only and out of North America by wire transfer only.
Shipping:
Customer will be charged for shipping and handling. All orders
shipped United Parcel Service (UPS), via regular ground delivery.
Next
day,
Second
Day and
Third Day Air are available upon request. Shipping and handling
charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
Canadian shipments ONLY can be sent US Post Office for an additional
$20.00 charge.
Refused Shipments:
A $25.00 fee for processing
will be assessed. Future shipments will be prepaid only.
Damaged Shipments:
Indicate “damaged” when signing
for shipment. Keep all shipping cartons, packing, and goods.
Notify us by phone for instructions. Report damaged shipment
within 7 days.
Catalog and Website Contents:
We reserve the right
to change prices, specifications, product descriptions, product
quality, and application at any time without notice or further
obligation. |
Dealer
Program:
Qualified dealers should call and request a dealer application
or download one from our website. We reserve the right to refuse
dealer setup to anyone not meeting our requirements.
Merchandise Returns:
All returns must have a return
authorization from HPD. No exceptions. No returns will be accepted
without authorization. Returns are for credit or exchange only,
no refunds given. They must be authorized within 30 days of invoice
date. Items must be new, unused, and in saleable condition. A
20% restocking charge will be applied to customer returns. Shipping
is the responsibility of the customer. No credit or refunds for
shipping.
Warranty: Products
are sold “AS IS” and
there are no warranties representations or conditions, expressed
or implied, regarding them or any other goods or services provided
by HPD. HPD disclaims any implied warranty or condition of merchantability,
durability, or fitness for a particular purpose. No representation
or other affirmation of fact, including but not limited to oral
written statements regarding performance of the products, shall
be deemed to be a warranty by HPD. In no event will HPD be liable
for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages,
or any damages whatsoever resulting from use in connection with
these products.
State and Local Ordinances:
Installing performance
products may put you outside compliance with state and local
ordinances. It is your responsibility to meet the rules for your
local area.
