Dealer Qualification Requirements

his page lists all the requirements to become an HPD Dealer)

--To be an HPd Dealer: All new companies applying for dealer status are asked to supply the same basic information.
--Dealer accounts will be approved only to legitimate, full time, licenced, Motorcycle/ATV/Snowmobile companies doing business in the areas of motorcycle/power sports sales, service and/or parts and accessories.
-- New dealers must pay with Visa/Master Card/Discover for the first 90 days. In order to be able to use these credit card services, we require you to fill out and sign the HPD credit card authorization, for your and our protection. This form must be faxed & mailed back to us. We must have the original.This form is part of our Dealer Application.
-- All accounts are credit card. (Visa, Master Card or Discover)

In order to qualify for HPd dealership, we must receive all of the following:
(Current Polaris Dealers need only invoices showing dealer #, and original completed credit card authorization form mailed to us.)

-A fully completed HPD Dealer Application form.
-Invoices from current supplier's
-Company Letterhead showing sales or service
-Copy of your resale tax number and a copy of your business license
-Copy of the Company's Yellow Page advertisement/or a Company phone bill
-Photos of inside & outside showing commercial building/storefront with sign
-A fully completed Credit card authorization form

(Allow 2-5 business days for processing)
